EXCHANGE POLICY

Frankie Swimwear believe that customer service should be honest and effortless. Exchanges are absolutely understandable. Your new swimwear may not fit perfectly the first time so we welcome you to exchange it for another size, style or colour run. Frankie Swimwear do not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy.
Frankie Swimwear do not offer physical exchanges of goods, instead we will issue you with an Electronic Credit note. This can then be used for you to seamlessly re-shop your preferred bikini. 
For all exchanges within Australia, items must be returned within 7 business days from the date of receiving the item. All international exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days from the original shipping date. 
Exchange requests outside of this grace period will not be accepted

    To begin the exchange process, please email us at orders@frankieswimwear.com for an approved return authorisation.

    Upon returning your suit, please ensure you enclose the following items with your return;

    • You must print and complete an exchange form, found at the bottom of this page, and enclose it with your bikini 

    • Your enclosed bikini must remain unsoiled, unworn and with tags and linings still intact, including packaging

    Please note, when making an exchange you may not be guaranteed your specified size, style or colour run. Frankie Swimwear do not mass produce our pieces, this means each bikini is part of limited range. Frankie Swimwear does not offer a refund policy. 

    All of our pieces are handmade with care. To ensure only the highest quality garments are being sent to you, all items are individually inspected before being shipped . In the unlikely instance that your swimwear is faulty, you have 30 days, from the date of purchase, to return your goods. Upon the return we will assess the fault. Frankie Swimwear reserve the right to refuse, repair or replace your bikini. If your original item is no longer in stock for a replacement, you will be issued with a credit note. Frankie Swimwear will not fix colour fading, burring/pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration and colour running. Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure you do not encounter such problems and to prolong the life of your garment. Frankie Swimwear garments are made from delicate materials and will normally experience “wear and tear” over time. Frankie Swimwear holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some garments may appear slightly different shade than they actually are.

    In accordance with health regulations any item returned that has been worn, marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be accepted. All items to be exchanged must be returned in original condition, unlaundered, unworn, unused and with swing tags secure. 

    Frankie Swimwear do not cover any return postage costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is both prepaid and insured.

    Once we receive your exchange, your return will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange Credit Note has been issued.
